can anyone suggest a hplc method for stigmasterol and sytosterols.we
are equiped with uv detector and normal and reverse phase column.

HPLC/UV is probably not the best way to analyze these types of
compounds, but if you must: ACN/water mobile phase with reverse phase,
low wavelength UV detection (play around to find best wavelength maybe
205-240 range). You would get much better sensitivity with LC/MS.
