Hi everybody
I just finished experiments of GC-MS, and I have 3 undetermined peaks. I
searched for oxysterols, but there are not (ecdysones??). Where can I
found a MS database; ie enter my peaks and get some clues?

cheers

I understand that you looked in the NIST database and did not find a
suitable match. You might want to look at the Wiley or Palisade's
databases as well. There is apparently an updated version of the
steroid library:

You may have to interpret the spectrum manually -- even if you do find
a match, please check the fragmentation to make sure it can be
logically explained.

Good luck!
