Good morning,

I'm currently analysing anions in ionic chromatography (DX120, AS14
column) and I notice for Cl- a splitting in two of the peak
(especially in high concentration). My eluant is 8mM Na2CO3/1mM NaHCO3
in isocratic.
Somebody can he explain this phenomenon to me ? And how to correct
this problem?

Thank you.

Ay

Typically for me a dirty system. Have you regenerated your column and
gurad column? (please tell me you are using a guard column) That may
do it. Hope it helps!
